Shop services include set ups, restorations, custom modifications and installations, appraisals and warranty services. All work is performed on the premises, and the usual turn around time is approximately 3 to 5 business days. Pick up, delivery and shipping services are available upon request. All major credit cards are accepted.

     A wide range of replacement parts are available from the major guitar manufacturers and after market suppliers including: All Parts, Bartolini, DiMarzio, EMG, Fender, Fishman, Gibson, Gotoh, Lace Sensor, Schaller, Seymour Duncan, Sperzel, WD, and more.

     The repair center currently offers factory warranty service on Alvarez, Applause, Epiphone, Fender, Gibson, Guild, Hamer, Jerry Jones, Lakland, Martin, Oscar Schmidt, Ovation, Sigma, Squire, Takamine, Washburn and Yamaha products.

     Bob's Guitar Hospital's main priority is customer satisfaction which is achieved by maintaining a progressive level of repair procedures and current technical information. Customer support includes service contracts, frequent newsletters, promotional programs, and maintenance publications such as the Instrument Care and Service Guide.

     Unless otherwise specified, all repairs are warrantied for a period of 90 days. This warranty becomes void on any instrument which has been adjusted, altered or modified in any manner during the 90 day period.

     Replacement parts are warrantied explicitly by the manufacturer. Subsequent labor costs to replace defective parts are not the responsibility of Bob's Guitar Hospital.

     Repair estimates exceeding the value of the instrument will require a minimum 50% deposit before work begins.

     Bob's Guitar Hospital is not responsible for any unclaimed instruments after 30 days.
